The wall coverings are made from clay Brick Slips and coloured to match any existing brickwork required. The system is Class 0 rated offering excellent fire protection. Being lightweight they are quick to install, and are pointed to blend in.

These images are just a sample of the options available. Once you’ve chosen the finish we can supply a sample of the product to make sure your absolutely happy before we order the full set.

Brick Slips look just like the real thing, but are much easier to handle and look after.

Composite walls are assembled from high performance rigid insulation bonded between 2 layers of timber OSB boards (SIP panels), fire proofing and moisture barriers are then added, and finally covered with GRP cladding. The overall thickness is about half that of a brick / blockwork wall without losing any strength.

Once the structure is complete, it is virtually air tight and has excellent thermal properties, not only keeping the heat inside in the winter but also keeping it out in the summer.

Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) are cut to size in the factory, saving on waste and time on site, openings are pre-formed and joints prepared long before they get onsite. We use the latest techniques to deliver the best and fastest result possible. We do as much work as we can before we even get to you

We can supply your unit with either a Flat, Pitched or Monopitch roof then using either tiles or GRP panels we can customise the finish to match your existing property.

The SIP panels are not only great when used for the walls, but also minimise the complexity of constructing the roof. SIP panels are strong enough to bridge the 3m span with little extra in the way of support, further reducing the time needed on site for construction.

Structurally Insulated Panels are versatile enough to use as the floor, walls, and roof

The roof coverings are supplied in a standard roof tile of either slate, clay or concrete to match your existing roof finish. Flat roofs are finished with a GRP (fibreglass) roofing system in a choice of finishes. Which comes with a 25 year guarantee.

Our Product is constructed using Structural Insulated Panels, which have been in commercial use for over 70 years, and are more recently used for light weight buildings and up to multi storey commercial offices.

We are LABC registered, (ref RD08 2012) for our construction methods of the walls and roofs. This makes the approval process much quicker, as the details are pre-approved under LABC scrutiny. Building Regulations approval is still required for each site as various items are site specific, such as foundations, drainage and beam sizes.

We offer a full design and build service, so once you accept our initial quote we will survey your property and produce discussion drawings. When your happy about the design we will submit detailed building regulation drawings. Once these are approved we can start on site!

Due to the nature of our product, actual site time is minimal, once the foundations are in, the building shell can be erected within a few days. With the roof on and existing walls broke out, the first and second fix will fly by. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll be able to use your new space.
